I'm currently trying to take commissions and find a new job so that I don't have to worry too much about my financial state but between appointments and medication, I have gotten a lot more slower paced and quieter. As well as awkward and prone to more typos or grammatical mistakes. So I just ask for your patience and I sincerely am grateful for any and all support!

TERMS OF SERVICE.

BEFORE YOU COMMISSION, AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING.

- I reserve the right to refuse a commission at my own discretion.
- Customers are only allowed to use their commissioned artwork for personal use.
- Feel free to ask about commercial use, we can figure out the fee for it.
- Unless specified by the customer, I retain the rights to artwork and will post it to social media accordingly, usually for portfolio usage.
- If you are going to post your commission, please credit me!
- my handle on mostly everything is @ XIVTHSWORD.
- I DO NOT allow the use of my art for NFTS, AI, etc.
- Please do NOT redistribute my work in anyway. This includes copying or tracing it.
- I will not work off of text references alone and if a character doesn't have any visual references, it's likely I will not accept the commission.

CONCERNING PAYMENT.

- Payment is in USD and is 100% upfront through paypal invoice, ko-fi, VGEN, or cashapp.
- If you do not pay within 48hrs of confirming, your commission will be cancelled and taken off the queue.
- I usually do not refund for commissions, especially if worked on.
- In extenuating circumstances I am willing to work something out, but this is an exception and not the norm.

DELIVERY TIMES.

⚠️ PLEASE KNOW THAT I DO HAVE SEVERE HEALTH ISSUES THAT I’M WORKING THROUGH SO TIMES MAY VARY.Ideally though, I can take up anywhere between a week to few months to finish a commission depending on commission type!- If you want your order to be prioritized, there will be a rush fee that’s +100% of your total order.
- Please note that this will just move you to the top of my queue, so if there’s other rush orders, I will be working in a timely manner of who ordered first.So I ask for your patience but you are free to message me about your commission status at any time! But I will do my best to keep this board updated as I go as well. 😋

CONCERNING CUSTOMS.

Please keep open contact with me during the process, especially after I send you the first sketch of your order.These types of commissions, I will usually send out W.I.P.s throughout my work process.- Any minor alterations can be made before the design is finalized!
- Major alterations will be charged accordingly.
- Fee’s usually start at 25% - 50% of what you originally paid, depending on what type of revisions you are asking for.
- If it is for a closed species, edits made for the approval process will not be charged and I will do them accordingly.

CONCERNING MYSTERY CUSTOMS.

Once you provide your form and I send the first sketch, there will be no revisions or check-ins afterwards.- If it is for a closed species, I will only do revisions for approval and those will not cost a thing.
- However, if you do personally want to revise anything, there will be a fee accordingly.
- Fee’s usually start at 25% - 50% of what you originally paid, depending on what type of revisions you are asking for.I do want you to be happy with your custom so please, feel free to provide me with any information relevant in helping your order go smoothly!
